  • 3. I send a written Naira quote. Price, what's included, and when you'll have it. Between 8am and 11pm WAT.
  • 4. Deposit, then a live preview. Websites are 50% up front to Paragon Hub Opay, and the other 50% after you've tested the live site. Graphics, boosts and traffic are agreed in writing before I start.
